What you'll do

Develop and lead performance-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

Execute and optimize large-scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other major digital media platforms.

Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management processes, including planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.

Drive marketing ROI by effectively managing high-scale budgets and continuously improving performance based on data-driven insights.

Collaborate closely with product, growth, CRM, and analytics teams to ensure marketing efforts are tightly integrated with the customer journey and product roadmap.

Knowledge about media buying efforts across multiple channels, including paid search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.

Analyze key ecommerce performance metrics and market trends to identify areas of opportunity and growth.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce marketing and share knowledge with the team.

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related fields,

Bring 7–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in performance-focused roles and team leadership.

Experienced with digital performance measurement tools,

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Client management experience, displaying a solutions driven approach
-
Deep experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other biddable channels.

Proficient in campaign attribution, incrementality measurement, and use of analytics tools (e.g., GA4, MMPs, Looker, Tableau).

Strong understanding of CDP usage and data-driven customer segmentation.

Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with product, tech, and commercial teams.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
