Job Overview:

LAWAZEM is seeking a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing Director to lead our performance marketing initiatives. This role is integral to driving growth through data-driven strategies and optimizing marketing performance across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and evidence of successful campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance, analyze results, and derive actionable insights.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve performance targets and optimize marketing budget allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to refine marketing approaches.
  • Experiment with new performance marketing channels and tactics while testing and optimizing results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure LAWAZEM remains at the forefront of performance marketing.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful performance marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities to foster a high-performing marketing team.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to marketing strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English, both written and spoken.
