We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid campaigns across multiple digital channels. The role requires expertise in strategizing, executing, and analyzing campaigns with the objective of maximizing ROI, driving quality leads, and enhancing brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display, Remarketing, etc.).
- Develop performance-driven strategies to achieve business goals including lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, audience segmentation, and landing page optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis and provide actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure effective campaign messaging and alignment.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient spending with high ROI and reduced CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, and targeting to improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and tools to maintain competitive advantage.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) for performance measurement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing / digital advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, retargeting strategies, and web analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and optimization skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, SaaS, or EdTech performance marketing (as per company domain).
