Summary:
Tapmad is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with marketing tools, and the ability to deliver data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and managing performance marketing campaigns across affiliate networks and programmatic DSPs.
- Support affiliate management by onboarding new affiliates, monitoring postbacks, resolving discrepancies, and tracking conversions.
- Monitor key KPIs such as CAC, CPA, Install-to-Purchase, Subscriptions, CTR, and ROAS, and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools including Branch, Trackier, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
- Assist in fraud detection by monitoring suspicious conversions and repeated user IDs to ensure lead quality.
- Collaborate with design teams to optimize landing pages and creatives for improved conversion rates.
- Conduct competitor research and explore new growth opportunities for acquiring quality users.
- Prepare and maintain performance dashboards and generate regular campaign reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate management, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Branch, Trackier, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
