Performance Marketing Executive

Summary:

Tapmad is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with marketing tools, and the ability to deliver data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and managing performance marketing campaigns across affiliate networks and programmatic DSPs.
  • Support affiliate management by onboarding new affiliates, monitoring postbacks, resolving discrepancies, and tracking conversions.
  • Monitor key KPIs such as CAC, CPA, Install-to-Purchase, Subscriptions, CTR, and ROAS, and provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools including Branch, Trackier, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
  • Assist in fraud detection by monitoring suspicious conversions and repeated user IDs to ensure lead quality.
  • Collaborate with design teams to optimize landing pages and creatives for improved conversion rates.
  • Conduct competitor research and explore new growth opportunities for acquiring quality users.
  • Prepare and maintain performance dashboards and generate regular campaign reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate management, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Branch, Trackier, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
