Position: Performance Marketer

Location: Onsite

About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for driving measurable results, scaling campaigns, and ensuring the best return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid acquisition campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan budgets, forecast performance, and allocate spend across channels.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS; optimize campaigns to meet targets.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad content.
  • Generate performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.
  • Stay informed about digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (1+ years) in performance or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels, attribution, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
