Performance Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Expert to plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns that drive growth and ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ads on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Plan full-funnel campaigns (awareness to conversion)
• Optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets for best performance
• Track key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS
• Analyze data and share actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative and content teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Meta & Google Ads
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of audience targeting and funnel strategies
• Ability to create and test ad copies and creatives

Bonus:

• Experience with eCommerce / pet / D2C brands
• Google or Meta Ads certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
