About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Performance Marketing Executive to handle end-to-end digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in campaign execution, content management, and client servicing — from onboarding to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
- Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements based on analytics insights.
2. Content Management & Generation
- Oversee and coordinate the creation of marketing content — including ad copies, creatives, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual style, and messaging across all digital platforms.
3. Client Handling & Onboarding
- Manage client onboarding, briefing, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication and support.
4. Servicing & Coordination
- Coordinate with design, development, and SEO teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for client growth through upselling or cross-selling services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,961.57 - ₹29,924.23 per month
