Role Overview

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing & Analytics Intern who’s passionate about data-driven marketing and wants to build a long-term career in growth marketing. You’ll work directly with the founding team and marketing leads to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms, while building analytical frameworks to measure ROI and customer acquisition metrics.

This is an internship designed to transition into a full-time role within 6 months based on performance and learning agility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Work on campaign analytics — tracking KPIs like CTR, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion funnels.
  • Help integrate and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Shopify dashboard insights for better attribution.
  • Support creative testing — work with design/content teams to analyze what visuals and copies perform best.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and share insights to guide marketing decisions.
  • Conduct competitive research to understand benchmarks, ad trends, and audience targeting opportunities.
  • Contribute to lead generation strategies for D’Moksha Homes India (especially for the Curtains-at-Home service).

Who You Are

  • Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing / analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset — loves numbers, dashboards, and decoding patterns.
  • Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Shopify analytics is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of ad funnels, tracking pixels, and attribution.
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to experiment, learn, and take ownership.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
