Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Gurgaon. As a Performance Marketing Executive at ZFunds, you will play a key role in driving user acquisition, optimizing performance campaigns, and maximizing ROI across various digital channels. This is a full-time, office-based position, and the interview process will involve offline discussions.
Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media Campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.):

Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Focus on driving user acquisition through well-targeted ads and budget management.

Continuously optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize performance and minimize cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Performance Analytics & Reporting:

Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant tools.

Create detailed performance reports, showcasing key metrics such as ROI, CPC, CTR, and LTV.

Leverage data-driven insights to adjust campaigns for better results.

A/B Testing & Campaign Optimization:

Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and creatives to identify the most effective strategies.

Use insights from testing to optimize campaigns and improve user conversion rates.

Collaboration & Strategy:

Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.

Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align digital campaigns with company goals and objectives.

Budget Management:

Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets efficiently to achieve the best possible results.

Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget while maximizing performance.
Qualifications:

Experience:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on paid media campaigns.

Skills:

Solid understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.

Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other performance analytics tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Creative thinker with excellent communication and campaign management skills.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
