Qualifications:


  • Minimum 7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment,
  • Proficiency in paid channels, especially in Google Ads, SA360, Meta, TikTok, etc.,
  • Experience in app marketing and use of MMP tool and Firebase,
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns for both acquisition and remarketing funnels,
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Excel, Looker Studio, or other data visualization platforms,
  • Constantly following digital and advertising technologies and integrating these developments into performance marketing processes,
  • Proficient in digital advertising operations and reporting,
  • Goal-oriented, analytical, and systematic thinker,
  • Strategic thinker, solution-oriented, and meticulous in tracking results,
  • Team work oriented, self-motivated and open-minded,
  • English fluency is essential.


Job Description:


  • Planning and continuously monitoring the performance of paid channels with coordination with external partners and agency,
  • Managing campaign structure, naming conventions, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies,
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and report on the performance of all marketing activities by regularly tracking KPIs,
  • Monitoring spend pacing, performance trends, and alert on anomalies in real time,
  • Utilizing data analytics tools to gain insights and identify areas for improvement,
  • Developing customer acquisition and retention strategies,
  • Continuously testing and iterating on creatives, audiences, placements, and funnel tactics to maximize campaign performance,
  • Increasing campaign efficiency through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other data analytics methods,
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (brand, design, e-commerce, CRM, etc.) to ensure alignment,
  • Staying ahead of platform updates, beta features, and algorithm shifts to keep us on the cutting edge,
  • Keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
