We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking tools, and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and analyze paid marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage full-funnel digital campaigns: Awareness, Consideration, Conversions, Retargeting.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor daily performance, optimize budgets, and improve campaign ROI.
- Implement and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for creative strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in PPC, digital ads, and platform changes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of GA4, GTM, Pixels, UTMs, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to work with data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and customer funnels.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns is a plus.
