Performance Marketing Executive

As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Performance Marketing Executive" with below requirements for our client operating in Digital Media sector in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing and performance advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in managing advertising panels and campaign optimization
• Ability to manage content and ensure operational continuity
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and a strong team player
• Preferably good English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Digital Performance teams to develop and execute campaigns
• Manage day-to-day operations and act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Own and manage client strategies, ensuring campaign efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and explore new growth areas
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Work closely with the Account Director to plan accounts and growth opportunities
• Manage advertising panels and oversee campaign execution
• Optimize ads to maximize performance and ROI
