Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms
- Manage budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.), making real-time adjustments to enhance results
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies and visuals
- Generate performance reports and insights, providing recommendations for continuous optimization
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media advertising
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in budgeting, bid strategies, and audience targeting
- Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B digital marketing campaigns is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving trends
