- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic channels
- Develop full-funnel strategies including ad creatives, targeting, landing pages, and conversion goals
- Analyze campaign performance data and create detailed reports with insights and next-step recommendations
- Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, targeting, and placements to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Monitor trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns stay ahead of the curve
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and reallocate spend based on performance
- Set up and manage tracking (e.g., Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTMs, etc.) to ensure accurate attribution
- Optimize landing pages for performance with CRO tactics (in collaboration with dev/design teams)
