Performance Marketing Executive

Hospitality Minds is looking for an experienced and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns across various platforms, driving performance to meet business goals, and ensuring we deliver customized solutions for our clients.

· Manage and deliver on the key acquisition metrics on Google/Meta Ads

· Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various

· Expand scale and drive efficiency across the marketing funnel through campaign optimizations

· Implement and standardize detailed reporting on campaign performance

· Collaborate with the Brand and Category team to plan the marketing spend, and experiment with multiple narratives

· Track and report on key performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI.

· Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels.

· Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Qualifications

• Highly experienced in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Market Research and Marketing Strategy expertise
• Ad Strategy Planning and Execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
