KEY DELIVERABLES:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and marketplace ads (Amazon & Flipkart).
Manage daily campaign monitoring, budget pacing, bid optimization, audience targeting, and creative testing to achieve ROAS and CPA goals.
Execute full-funnel strategies covering awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
Handle Amazon & Flipkart performance ads including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and keyword optimization.
Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central, and Flipkart Ads dashboards.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with creative, content, and brand teams to brief ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
Continuously test audiences, creatives, formats, and funnels to improve conversion rates and scale winning campaigns.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and performance marketing best practices.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Flipkart Ads.
Clear understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and attribution.
Experience with budget planning and scaling campaigns within defined targets.
Working knowledge of pixels, conversion tracking, GA4, and basic analytics.
Basic technical understanding of websites, landing pages, and ecommerce platforms (Shopify/WordPress preferred).
Ability to coordinate with tech/development teams for tracking, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, event tracking, and feed-based ads is a plus.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions.
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field
WORK EXPERIENCE
2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (D2C, ecommerce, or marketplace-focused experience preferred)

Strong analytical mindset, result-oriented approach, ownership of numbers, and ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
