Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a highly capable Performance Marketing Executive with proven experience in managing multiple client accounts and delivering strong revenue outcomes through paid digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling multiple brands with monthly sales volumes exceeding PKR 1-2 crore, and a strong understanding of performance benchmarks relevant to our market.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing multiple performance marketing accounts simultaneously
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, campaign optimization, and working knowledge of optional platforms such as TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager, and other relevant paid media channels.
• Demonstrated success with multiple clients generating PKR 1–2 crore+ monthly sales with market competitive ROAS.
• Deep understanding of audience targeting, funnel building, and conversion strategy
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions
• Ability to plan, execute, and scale campaigns with strong ROAS
• Strong grip on budget allocation, testing strategies, and reporting
• Familiarity with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns across different sectors
• Ability to work closely with creative and content teams to improve campaign outcomes

Preferred Profile:

• Has worked with brands delivering strong monthly sales in the local or international market
• Understands customer behavior, seasonality, and scaling patterns
• Can independently manage growth targets across multiple accounts
