Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is data-driven, creative, and passionate about generating measurable business growth through digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• Generate quality leads and improve customer acquisition strategies.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
• Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Work closely with the design and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, automation platforms, Meta Ads and Google Ads is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of funnels and landing page optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills along with a creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SEO and email marketing

NOTE: People with own visa preferred and UAE experience is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
