Role Overview
Biznet Consulting is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive / Specialist to manage paid campaigns, generate qualified leads, improve online visibility, and support business growth across digital channels.
The ideal candidate should understand how to run campaigns that bring real inquiries, not just clicks. This role requires someone who can manage ads, track results, optimize budgets, and work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for lead generation.
Create campaign strategies focused on CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and quality leads.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign testing.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, CRM reports, and ad platform dashboards.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports showing campaign performance, leads generated, cost per lead, conversion rate, and improvement actions.
Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad copies, visuals, landing pages, and campaign assets.
Improve landing page performance by suggesting changes to content, design, CTA, and lead forms.
Manage marketing budgets carefully and ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI.
Run A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, headlines, landing pages, and call-to-action buttons.
Support SEO, email marketing, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns when required.
Work closely with the sales/business development team to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, paid media changes, and competitor campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is required.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads is an advantage.
Good understanding of lead generation campaigns, conversion tracking, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM tracking.
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into clear actions.
Strong understanding of ad copywriting, landing pages, and customer journey.
Experience in B2B services, consulting, real estate, construction, or professional services will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in English.
Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Google Ads certification.
Meta Blueprint certification.
SEO and content marketing knowledge.
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Basic design understanding using Canva or similar tools.
Experience handling monthly ad budgets and reporting campaign ROI.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
