About the role

We need someone who understands Meta Ads and how to acquire users through Instagram and Facebook. You will help us build and scale campaigns for a mix of SaaS tools, mobile apps, consumer apps, trading tools and some crypto or forex projects.

What you will do

● Set up and manage Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram

● Build, test and refine audiences aligned with each product’s ideal user

● Work with the tech team to set up pixels and server side tracking

● Collaborate with designers on scroll stopping creatives and hooks

● Launch and test multiple ad angles, creatives and formats

● Monitor performance and optimize for CAC, ROAS, lead quality and retention signals

● Prepare clear performance reports and share learnings with the team

Must have skills

● 1 to 3 years of hands on Meta Ads experience, or strong proof of practical work

● Understanding of campaign structure, ad sets, creatives and placements

● Basic knowledge of pixel events and standard events setup

● Comfortable reading and interpreting performance data

● Strong understanding of user behavior on Instagram and Facebook

● Good written English and creative thinking around hooks and angles

Highly recommended

● Past work with products in at least one of these areas

○ Crypto or Web3

○ Forex or trading communities

○ Trading and account management tools

Nice to have

● Experience with lead generation and website conversion campaigns

● Experience using UGC and short form video in performance campaigns

● Basic landing page or funnel optimization experience
