About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and learning the foundations of paid media campaigns. You will gain hands-on experience across various digital channels while working closely with the marketing team to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
• Support A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize results.
• Assist with budget tracking and ensure campaigns run within allocated budgets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and analytics.
• Basic understanding of online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
