Performance Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn how to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels. You will work closely with senior marketing professionals to gain hands-on experience in managing ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Support in keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting.
• Track conversions, clicks, impressions, and ROI using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creative ad visuals and messaging.
• Research competitors and industry trends to enhance campaign performance.
• Prepare performance reports and present key findings to the marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other PPC platforms.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools will be a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn digital marketing strategies and campaign management.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
