Job Summary

Epic Venture is seeking a motivated Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital advertising and lead generation activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with basic exposure to performance marketing who are eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Perform audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and compile progress reports.
• Support lead generation activities and improve ad performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan creatives and campaign messaging.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in campaign execution and reporting.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads (training will be provided).
• Strong interest in learning performance ad strategies and analytics.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-site from our Tirur office.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Internship or academic project exposure in digital or performance marketing.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets reporting skills.
