We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in data-driven digital marketing. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms while learning how performance marketing drives business growth.

Assist in executing and monitoring paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn

Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare basic performance reports

Support in A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, and landing pages

Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research

Help optimize campaigns for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions

Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives

Learn budget pacing, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization

Basic understanding of digital marketing or performance marketing concepts

Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or analytics tools is a plus

Strong analytical mindset and interest in data-driven marketing

Good communication and collaboration skills
