Performance Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join our team! This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of relevant experience who are eager to build a career in digital performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Support audience research and segmentation to improve campaign targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Assist in budget tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging and high-converting ad creatives.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads & Google Ads preferred).
• Good command of MS Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in performance marketing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Fresh to 6 months of relevant experience (internship experience is a plus).

Internship Duration: 3 months (leading to a permanent role based on performance).

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Location: PECHS, Karachi (On-site).

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
