Performance Marketing Intern

• Campaign Execution: Assist in the setup, execution, and management of performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Ad Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copy, visuals, and other creative assets for campaigns.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Optimization: Assist in optimizing campaigns for KPIs such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
• Budget Management: Help manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum ROI.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to inform campaign strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data to draw insights.
• Creativity: Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for compelling visuals and design.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from multiple stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm: A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
