Performance Marketing Internship

Position Overview

Matlay is seeking a data-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Intern for a 3-month internship program. The selected candidate will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns to drive measurable results such as leads, conversions, and sales.

This role is ideal for someone interested in digital advertising, paid media strategy, and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting research
• Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets
• Support A/B testing of ad creatives and copy
• Track KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
• Prepare weekly performance reports
• Analyze campaign data and suggest optimization strategies
• Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field
• Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
• Good communication skills
• Ability to interpret data and generate insights

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Understanding of conversion tracking and pixels
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred)
• Problem-solving mindset
• Attention to detail
