We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate combines deep platform expertise with a data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance of digital marketing campaigns across Google,
  • Facebook/Meta, and other programmatic platforms.
  • Lead the creation and optimization of high-converting landing pages and campaign experiences.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and oversee implementation of on-page SEO best practices.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.
  • Run ongoing A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure aligned messaging and optimized customer journeys.
  • Maintain and improve SEO health through regular audits, technical fixes, and continuous content updates.
  • Report on KPIs, channel performance, and ROI, providing actionable insights and growth opportunities to leadership
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and identify new growth channels and opportunities.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience leading performance marketing initiatives with a strong track record of driving results
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms
  • Hands-on experience with CMS and landing page builders (e.g., WordPress)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Solid understanding of UX principles
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (or similar analytics platforms)
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and best practices
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and always optimizing for performance and efficiency
  • Strategic thinking with a growth-focused mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with cross-functional experience
