We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate combines deep platform expertise with a data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the strategy, execution, and performance of digital marketing campaigns across Google,

Facebook/Meta, and other programmatic platforms.

Lead the creation and optimization of high-converting landing pages and campaign experiences.

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and oversee implementation of on-page SEO best practices.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.

Run ongoing A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs to maximize conversion rates.

Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure aligned messaging and optimized customer journeys.

Maintain and improve SEO health through regular audits, technical fixes, and continuous content updates.

Report on KPIs, channel performance, and ROI, providing actionable insights and growth opportunities to leadership

Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and identify new growth channels and opportunities.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
Experience:

Proven experience leading performance marketing initiatives with a strong track record of driving results

Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms

Hands-on experience with CMS and landing page builders (e.g., WordPress)
