# Performance Marketing Lead — Paid Media & Full-Funnel Conversion
**Location:** In-office, Lahore, Pakistan
**Compensation:** PKR 200,000/month
**Employment Type:** Full-time
## About the Role
We're looking for a performance marketer who lives and breathes paid media. This is a hands-on role where you'll own our paid acquisition from first impression to final conversion — building campaigns, testing relentlessly, reading the data, and doubling down on what works. If you get excited about squeezing the most out of every dollar spent and obsessing over funnel drop-offs, this is for you.
You won't just be running ads — you'll own the full funnel. That means campaign creation, messaging, landing page testing, tracking integration, analytics reporting, and light oversight of our organic social presence to make sure everything feels consistent.
## What You'll Own
**Paid Media & Campaign Management**
- Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Expand into LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, and other platforms as opportunities emerge
- Establish clear, testable messaging for each campaign and audience segment
- Continuously optimize bids, creatives, audiences, and placements based on performance data
- Kill underperforming campaigns quickly and scale winners aggressively
**Full-Funnel Conversion Optimization**
- Design and test landing pages, forms, and conversion flows — not just ad creative
- Identify where users drop off on-site and diagnose why they aren't converting
- Run structured A/B tests across messaging, creative, and page experience
- Cut what isn't working, double down on what is
**Analytics, Tracking & Reporting**
- Integrate and maintain tracking tools (PostHog, AppsFlyer, GA4, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking, etc.)
- Set clear KPIs for each stage of the funnel and report against them
- Produce clean, insight-driven performance reports — not just dashboards full of numbers
- Dig into the statistics to surface why results look the way they do
**Social Media Oversight (Light)**
- Lightly manage our organic social strategy to ensure tone, visuals, and messaging stay consistent with paid
- Make sure our channels feel coherent across platforms
## What We're Looking For
- Proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google at meaningful spend levels
- Strong grasp of conversion funnels — you've built and optimized them, not just run traffic to them
- Comfort with product analytics and attribution tooling (PostHog, AppsFlyer, or equivalent)
- A data-first mindset: you read reports, form hypotheses, test them, and act on results
- Sharp copy and messaging instincts — you understand how a single line of copy changes CPA
- Ability to set KPIs and hold yourself and campaigns accountable to them
- Bias for output: you ship campaigns, iterate fast, and don't wait for perfect
- Professional English (written and spoken) — you'll be writing ad copy and reporting to international stakeholders
## Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads, Reddit Ads
- Landing page building experience (Webflow, Framer, Unbounce, or similar)
- SQL or basic scripting for custom analytics
- Experience with server-side tracking and CAPI setups
## Why This Role
This isn't a seat where you run a handful of campaigns and call it a day. You'll own the entire paid funnel end-to-end — strategy, execution, analytics, and iteration. The mandate is simple: more conversions for less spend, measured clearly, improved constantly.
