With decades of expertise, we bring the healing power of Ayurveda to modern consumers across India. We are now expanding our marketing team and looking for a skilled Advertisement Manager to lead our promotional efforts.

Role Overview:

As an Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms, as well as managing the brand’s SEO strategy for long-term organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:✅ Google & Meta Ads Management:

  • Plan and execute high-ROI performance campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation

Optimize ads based on performance data: CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rate

  • Create compelling ad copy and work with designers for visual creatives
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.

✅ SEO Strategy & Execution:

  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits and optimizations
  • Optimize website structure, meta tags, content, and loading speed for better ranking
  • Develop backlinks and partnerships with high-authority websites
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search trends

✅ Analytics & Reporting:

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and SEO growth
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Meta Business Suite
  • Recommend action plans to improve conversions and reduce cost-per-lead/acquisition

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing (Google & Meta Ads) and SEO
  • Proven track record of managing paid ad budgets and delivering measurable results
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research tools, analytics platforms, and performance tracking
  • Good understanding of Ayurvedic/wellness products and digital consumer behavior
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred)
