Job Description – Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Andheri East
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Office Hours: As per standard
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (AdWords), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other paid platforms.
- Calculate and monitor CPC, CPP, CPA, CTR, and ROAS to ensure campaigns are cost-efficient and result-oriented.
- Manage ad budgets effectively with clear focus on ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, targeting, and landing pages to maximize performance.
- Use Google Ads (AdWords) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc.) to track, analyze, and report campaign performance.
- Identify new channels, audience segments, and innovative growth strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in performance marketing, ad platforms, and industry benchmarks.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reduction in CPC/CPA while maintaining high-quality conversions.
- Increase in CTR (Click-through Rate) and overall engagement.
- Growth in app installs, subscriptions, and retention rates.
- Achievement of defined ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets.
- Timely and accurate reporting of campaign insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (AdWords), Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads.
- Hands-on experience with tracking and attribution tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Adjust, etc.).
- Solid understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPP, CPA, CTR, ROAS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
