About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and data-focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of our digital acquisition campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving measurable growth and ROI across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.)
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies aligned with company goals
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; continuously optimize for ROI and CAC
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
- Manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend tracking
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Work closely with product, analytics, and CRM teams to align on growth strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns profitably
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Proficiency in web and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Strong communication and project management abilities
- Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or app-based businesses (preferred)
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with SEO, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or Segment
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
