About the Role
Yellow Dot Media, a division of Percept Ltd, is seeking a dynamic and driven Performance Marketing Manager / Media Planner to lead performance-driven digital campaigns and SEO/SEM strategies for a diverse set of clients across entertainment, F&B, government, and consumer brands. This hybrid role blends media planning, performance marketing, and search optimization to deliver maximum ROI and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Media Planning
1. Plan and execute ROI-driven digital media campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging ad networks.
2. Design full-funnel media strategies, from awareness to conversion, including retargeting and audience segmentation.
3. Create detailed media plans, estimate budgets, forecast performance, and recommend platform mixes.
4. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and landing pages to maximize CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
5. Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to align campaign goals and outputs.
6. SEO & SEM Strategy
7. Own and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and domain visibility.
8. Perform detailed keyword research and integrate it into both paid and organic content strategies.
9. Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues.
10. Manage SEM campaigns in Google Ads—optimizing keywords, ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
11. Analyze performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and implement data-backed improvements.
12. Reporting & Analytics
13. Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, ad platform dashboards, and CRM integrations.
14. Deliver actionable weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and improvement strategies.
15. Ensure accurate tracking setup (pixel integration, UTM tagging, goal conversions, etc.).
Key Requirements
1. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing and media planning.
2. Deep understanding of SEM, SEO, PPC, and media buying strategies.
3. Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads), and analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, Search Console).
4. Strong grasp of marketing KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, bounce rates, etc.
5. Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and keyword planners.
6. Excellent Excel/Sheets skills for budget planning and campaign tracking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
