Overview
We’re seeking an experienced digital marketer to own our lead-generation strategy across paid and organic channels. This role drives qualified traffic, converts leads, and optimizes ROI through data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social platforms.
- Develop and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and lead quality.
- Execute paid social and display advertising campaigns, tracking KPIs such as CPL and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with content, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Monitor analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.) and present actionable insights.
- Manage budgets and forecast spend to achieve target ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years in digital marketing with proven lead-generation success.
- Expertise in PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and SEO best practices.
- Strong grasp of SEM, retargeting, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools; strong Excel/Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication and project-management abilities.
Preferred
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
- Experience with conversion-rate optimization (CRO) and landing-page testing.
EduTech Experience Mandatory.
