We run two fast-growing brands:
- Women’s Westernwear Clothing – trendy, comfortable outfits made from natural fabrics (sold via Shopify & social media).
- Dry Fruits Retail – premium dry fruits sold across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and more.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across platforms to drive ROI, new customer acquisition, and sales for both businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Clothing Brand (D2C):
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
- Build full-funnel ad strategies (awareness → engagement → conversions).
- Collaborate with design/creative team for ad creatives (static, videos, reels).
- Track ROAS, CAC, AOV, and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Support SEO, email, and WhatsApp marketing performance.
Dry Fruits Brand (Marketplaces):
- Manage Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads.
- Create and optimize campaigns for visibility, conversions, and repeat sales.
- Run product launch campaigns & seasonal promotions (Diwali, gifting, festive spikes).
- Analyze competitor campaigns and adjust bids, keywords, and placements.
- Improve ROI by balancing ad spend vs organic visibility.
Overall Performance Marketing:
- Build monthly media plans & budgets for both brands.
- Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates).
- Share weekly & monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Explore new paid channels (YouTube Ads, Influencer Whitelisting, Affiliates).
- Work closely with founders/teams to align marketing with business goals.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing (D2C + Marketplaces preferred).
- Proven results in running ads on Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart (and ideally Blinkit/Quick Commerce).
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on skills in campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with attribution tracking (Shopify UTMs, GA4, Amazon reports).
- Up-to-date with latest performance marketing trends, tools, and algorithms.
- Basic creative sense (to guide designers/creators for ad assets).
