Sunday Bazar is Pakistan’s leading online thrift store, offering high-quality pre-loved fashion and lifestyle products at unbeatable value. We are urgently hiring a Performance Marketing Manager who can manage paid ads, scale budgets, and lead our marketing growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and scale Meta Ads campaigns with strong ROAS.
• Build & optimize sales funnels for better conversions.
• Plan campaigns around stock arrivals and clearance.
• Lead content & design team for high-performing creatives.
• Collaborate with the development team for CRO and site optimization.
• Track KPIs: ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPM, Frequency.
• Conduct competitor analysis and create monthly growth plans.

Requirements

• Experience in scaling large ad spends (7–8 figures PKR/month).
• Expert in Meta Ads (must). Knowledge of Google Ads, WhatsApp & Email is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce stock cycles.
• Analytical, data-driven, and deadline-oriented.
• Leadership ability to manage content & dev teams.
