What you will do:
- End to end campaign management (From executing to monitoring, evaluating and optimizing campaign performance to generate maximum revenue) across Facebook, Instagram and Google
- Monitor budgets, analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Generating weekly and monthly reports for ad performance across all channels and presenting these to the partners
- Take responsibility for monthly sales growth across various online marketing channels and collaborate with the creative team to ensure that campaign content is fresh and on track
- Monitor and validate performance across various affiliate / remarketing networks
- Negotiate deals with affiliate networks, and create and optimize offers for them
- Find and onboard new growth channels for digital promotions - affiliate networks, new advertising platforms, etc.
- Leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers
- Conduct regular competitor research to understand relevant gaps and opportunities
What we are looking for:
- Experience in running Facebook and Google ads
- Experience with using Google Analytics and building reports
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Docs
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to analyze data and draw actionable inferences
