About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Digital Marketing, including Social Media Promotion, Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and SEO, with hands-on experience in the E-commerce industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and daily performance tracking.
- Run targeted campaigns for brand awareness, conversions, remarketing, and lead generation.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPM, and CPA.
Social Media Promotion
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand reach & engagement.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, copies, and campaign assets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and performance benchmarking.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
- Work on keyword research, content optimization, backlinks, and technical SEO improvements.
- Collaborate with the website team for landing page optimization and better conversion rates.
E-commerce Marketing
- Handle performance marketing for E-commerce platforms (e.g., website, marketplaces).
- Improve product visibility, traffic quality, and conversion funnels.
- Track and optimize campaigns for sales performance and customer acquisition.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager etc.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven analysis.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads
- Experience in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical)
- Good understanding of E-commerce funnels and customer journeys
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Google Search Console
- Ability to manage large budgets and deliver high ROI
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–6 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing and SEO
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
