Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms, focusing on maximizing ROAS.
  • E-Commerce Platform Management: Leverage your understanding of Shopify to align marketing strategies with the platform’s capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and maximized performance of campaigns.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Continuously track campaign performance through KPIs like CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS. Use this data to make real-time adjustments to strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the advertising budget across multiple channels to ensure efficient spending and high return on investment.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work alongside the development and design teams to ensure that landing pages and the overall user experience are optimized for conversions and customer retention.
  • Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilize advanced targeting techniques, including lookalike audiences, remarketing strategies, and segmentation to boost campaign performance.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Implement rigorous A/B testing of creative’s, landing pages, and ad copy to refine strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with Creative Teams: Partner with design and content teams to develop engaging and high-performing ad creative’s aligned with the brand’s tone and visual guidelines.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations for improving ROAS and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest eCommerce, digital marketing, and advertising trends, tools, and strategies to ensure that [Company Name] stays ahead in the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in performance marketing, particularly in an E-Commerce or Shopify-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify: including product catalogs, integrations, and conversion funnel optimizations.
  • Expert knowledge of Meta/Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize ROAS and reduce CPA through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.
  • Experience with budget management and campaign forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • A solid grasp of CRO principles and experience optimizing landing pages for better conversions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with other E-Commerce platforms and tools (e.g., WooCommerce, Magento, Klaviyo).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ad’s, Facebook Blueprint, or similar are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
