1. Performance Strategy & Budgeting
- Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy for all projects.
- Manage digital budgets, forecasting, and ROI to maximize lead quality and conversions.
2. Media Planning & Optimization
- Run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, Portals, and Affiliates.
- Improve targeting, bidding, retargeting, and audience segmentation for premium real estate buyers.
3. Creative Coordination
- Create performance-driven creative briefs and manage A/B testing of ads and content.
- Work closely with the Creative team to ensure relevant, refreshed, and high-performing assets.
4. Campaign Execution & Funnel Management
- Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, tracking, QA, and optimization.
- Improve landing pages, conversion flows, and user experience to boost leads and site visits.
5. Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards and maintain full-funnel visibility from impressions to bookings.
- Implement attribution models and analyze funnel gaps to improve efficiency.
6. CRM & Automation
- Manage lead nurturing journeys on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and WhatsApp automation.
- Ensure smooth transitions from Lead → QL → Site Visit → Booking.
7. Competitor & Market Insights
- Track competitor ads, messaging, and market trends to refine strategy.
8. Agency & Team Management
- Manage performance agencies and ensure delivery of KPIs.
- Mentor internal team members on tools, analytics, and best practices.
