Experience - min. 2-5+ years in similar role

Salary - up to 60,000 PM - (Depends on current package)

Job Description:

Performance Marketing

- Plan & optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Instagram)

- Manage full-funnel campaigns

- A/B testing & monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR)

- Remarketing & retargeting

- Collaborate on ad content for women's fashion

Website Management & E-Commerce

- Oversee website (Shopify/WooCommerce/Magento)

- Manage product listings, UX, speed, SEO

- Coordinate with developers

- Track analytics & conversions

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyse customer behaviour & sales data

- Maintain reports & dashboards

- Recommend strategies to boost sales

Growth & Strategy

- Plan sales campaigns & offers

- Optimize conversions

- Automation flows (email, SMS, WhatsApp)

- Identify new digital channels
