We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who doesn't just look at dashboards but understands the soul of a brand and knows how to scale it across the Indian digital ecosystem.
The Role
You will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns for both the studio and our high-impact clients. Your goal is to turn "views" into "value" by leveraging India’s most powerful platforms—specifically Meta, Google/YouTube, and LinkedIn—while integrating local nuances like WhatsApp marketing and regional targeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end execution of paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Instagram/FB) and Google Ads (Search, Discovery, and YouTube).
- B2B Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Campaign Manager to reach high-value decision-makers for Caliac’s studio services.
- Performance Creative Strategy: Work with our video editors and designers to "performance-ify" our creative assets. You will provide feedback on hooks, CTAs, and visual pacing based on real-time ad performance.
- WhatsApp & Automation: Integrate WhatsApp Business API into the lead-gen funnel to improve conversion rates (crucial for the Indian market).
- Data & Analytics: Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel/CAPI to ensure 100% attribution accuracy.
- Reporting: Create "jargon-free" monthly performance reports for clients that tie ad spend directly to business revenue or lead quality.
- Budget Pacing: Manage monthly spends ranging from ₹5 Lakh to ₹50 Lakh+ across diverse client accounts, ensuring zero wastage.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in a performance marketing role (Agency experience is a massive plus).
- Platform Mastery: You live in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. You know how to navigate Performance Max and Advantage+ campaigns effectively.
- No TikTok, High YouTube: Since TikTok is unavailable in India, you must be an expert in YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels as primary acquisition channels.
- Analytical Mindset: Expert level in Excel/Google Sheets and GA4. You should be able to spot a trend in the data before it becomes a problem.
- Local Nuance: Understanding of "Bharat" vs. "India" audiences—knowing when to use regional language targeting or specific cultural hooks.
Tools You Should Know
- Ads: Meta Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Analytics: GA4, GTM, Hotjar/Microsoft Clarity.
- CRM/Automation: HubSpot, Zoho, or WhatsApp automation tools (Interakt/Wati).
- Design (Basic): Canva or Figma (to quickly mock up ad variations).
