Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, and display advertising.
- Optimize campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance, track and report on metrics, and generate actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to leverage new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment and achieve financial targets.
- Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance and user engagement.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and similar.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance enhancement techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
