Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance platforms
  • Own campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI across accounts
  • Conduct audience research and funnel analysis to improve targeting and conversions
  • Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing, experimentation, and insights
  • Review and mentor Performance Marketing Executives, ensuring quality and best practices
  • Work closely with creative, SEO, sales, and tech teams to align campaigns with business goals
  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and growth recommendations to stakeholders
  • Stay updated with platform trends, automation tools, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in performance / paid media marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets and multiple accounts
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • MBA or advanced marketing qualification is a plus
