Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Performance Marketing Manager with 5–10 years of experience to lead our brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of creativity, analytics, performance marketing expertise, and leadership skills, with hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns and teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
  • Create, curate, and oversee high-quality content (posts, visuals, videos, infographics) aligned with brand identity and target audience.
  • Manage end-to-end social media campaigns including ideation, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
  • Develop and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach.

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, platform insights, and third-party analytics tools.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Track competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior to identify opportunities and risks.

Multi-Channel Digital Marketing

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and DSP platforms.
  • Oversee performance marketing initiatives including web and app advertising.
  • Collaborate on ASO, SEO, programmatic buying, and DSP strategies.
  • Work with MMP tools such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms for app performance tracking and attribution.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and product teams to align social media and digital efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide team members (small or large teams) to ensure high performance and growth.
  • Take ownership of projects, demonstrate initiative, and contribute strategically to overall marketing planning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in multi-platform marketing (organic and paid).
  • Hands-on experience with analytics, performance marketing, app marketing, and web advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Certifications in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing are desirable.
