We are seeking an experienced and strategic Performance Marketing Manager with 5–10 years of experience to lead our brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of creativity, analytics, performance marketing expertise, and leadership skills, with hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns and teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
- Create, curate, and oversee high-quality content (posts, visuals, videos, infographics) aligned with brand identity and target audience.
- Manage end-to-end social media campaigns including ideation, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and optimization.
- Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
- Develop and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach.
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, platform insights, and third-party analytics tools.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Track competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
Multi-Channel Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and DSP platforms.
- Oversee performance marketing initiatives including web and app advertising.
- Collaborate on ASO, SEO, programmatic buying, and DSP strategies.
- Work with MMP tools such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms for app performance tracking and attribution.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and product teams to align social media and digital efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and guide team members (small or large teams) to ensure high performance and growth.
- Take ownership of projects, demonstrate initiative, and contribute strategically to overall marketing planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong expertise in multi-platform marketing (organic and paid).
- Hands-on experience with analytics, performance marketing, app marketing, and web advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
- Certifications in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing are desirable.
