Hiring: Growth & Performance Marketing Manager (Full-Time | On-Site)

We are building a high-growth Trading Education Brand with an aggressive goal to scale massively in the next 6 months.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who understands scaling — not just running ads.

Your Role:

• Manage & scale Meta Ads campaigns
• Build and optimize WhatsApp funnels
• Fill weekly webinars with quality leads
• Execute retargeting campaigns
• Track CPL, CPA, ROAS daily
• Optimize complete funnel (Ad → Webinar → Upsell)

Who You Are:

• 2+ years experience in performance marketing
• Strong in Meta Ads & funnel optimization
• Data-driven & ROI focused
• Can work independently & take ownership

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 + Performance Incentives
