Sandpiper is an AI-driven digital marketplace that connects owners of furnished rentals (Airbnbs) with monthly renters. We are solving a critical pain point for short-term rental (STR) owners: vacancy. We specialize in finding and securing qualified, monthly tenants, providing owners with stable, mid-term income and peace of mind. As a lean, founder-led company, our mission is to scale this service to more markets, starting with St. Louis. This role is based in Ahmedabad where we are building our digital team. The Role: Your Mission

We are looking for a hands-on performance marketing manager. This role reports directly to the Founder and requires a highly analytical, experimental, and execution-focused mindset.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) & TikTok (brownie points)
  • Develop and manage full-funnel strategies tailored to real estate audiences — Landlord and renters
  • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize lead quality and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate) using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Dashboard, and GA4
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend allocation across channels and campaigns
  • Build and manage remarketing, lookalike, and custom audience strategies to improve funnel conversion
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Design and produce compelling ad creatives using Canva and coordinate with design teams for advanced assets

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with responsibiliites of prior media placement and management
  • Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads Manager — campaign creation, audience targeting, pixel setup, and optimization
  • Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads — Search, Display, YouTube, Smart/PMax campaigns
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly desired (developer, agency, or broker side)
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating ad creatives, banners, story templates, and promotional graphics
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and UTM parameters
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Amplitude and Meta Pixel for performance measurement
  • Hands-on experience with budget management across multiple campaigns and geographies
  • Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and translate them into actionable campaign changes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with CRM tools like pipedrive, HubSpot for lead tracking
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing to complement paid efforts
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)
  • Experience running campaigns for luxury real estate, commercial property, or residential projects
  • Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification

  • Creative: Canva, Adobe Express (or similar design tools)
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Meta Insights, Data Studio / Looker Studio
