Performance Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies.

This role requires a deep understanding of paid media platforms, campaign optimization, and performance tracking to ensure consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms including
  • Google Ads,Facebook Ads Manager,LinkedIn Ads, andTikTok Ads
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updatesRequirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in performance marketing or paid media
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with tracking tools, pixels, and conversion tracking
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and marketing funnels
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Google Ads / Meta certifications are a plus

Location:

Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi (Mon - Friday/10 AM - 7PM)
