Role Overview:
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing,
and scaling user acquisition campaigns focused on acquiring paying subscribers.

- Google Play Billing
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing for
subscription-based digital products, mobile apps, streaming platforms, or fintech/e-commerce
businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
5- Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies to drive subscriber growth.
- Manage campaigns across:
o Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
o Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display, YouTube)
o TikTok Ads
o DSPs and affiliate channels
Optimize campaigns toward:
o Paid subscriptions
o ROAS
o CAC
o LTV
o Retention quality
2- Subscription & Billing Optimization
- Drive acquisition focused on:
o Credit card payments
o Apple App Store billing
o Google Play billing
Work closely with product and technical teams to improve conversion funnels and- payment success rates.
- Analyze subscription drop-offs and optimize onboarding and checkout flows.
3- Analytics & Reporting
o CAC
o CPI
o Conversion rates
o ROAS
o Subscription retention
o Cohort performance
Build dashboards and performance reports for management.- Use attribution and analytics tools such as:
o AppsFlyer
o Firebase
o Google Analytics
o Adjust
o Mixpanel (preferred)
4- Creative & Growth Optimization
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for creatives, landing pages, and app store assets.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
- Continuously identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies.
5- Agency & Partner Management
- Manage media buying agencies and external partners where applicable.
- Ensure proper tracking implementation and campaign governance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mass communication or any other related field.- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.
- Strong experience managing mobile app acquisition campaigns.
- Proven experience acquiring paying customers for subscription-based services.
- Experience with:
o Apple Store subscriptions
o Google Play subscriptions
o Credit card acquisition funnels
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Meta and Google campaign optimization.
- Experience in entertainment, OTT, gaming, fintech, or subscription apps is highly
- preferred.
