Sunday Bazar is Pakistan’s leading online thrift marketplace, offering trendy pre-loved apparel and lifestyle products at unbeatable prices. We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to oversee paid media strategies, manage ad campaigns, and drive measurable digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROAS.
• Optimize conversion funnels and customer journeys for higher sales.
• Align campaign strategies with ongoing product promotions and stock updates.
• Work closely with design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives.
• Collaborate with developers to enhance CRO and website performance metrics.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, LTV, and CPM.
• Conduct competitor and market research to prepare monthly growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing large digital ad budgets (minimum 7–8 figures PKR/month).
• Strong command over Meta Ads; experience with Google Ads, Email, or WhatsApp Marketing is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations and product cycle management.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams.
